Why Sweat with Pride exists

Every day across Australia, LGBTQIA+ people rely on community-led services for mental health support, legal assistance, education, advocacy, and social inclusion.

These services play a vital role in addressing the discrimination many still face at work and in daily life. Yet the organisations delivering them don't have what they need to meet demand.

That’s why Sweat with Pride exists: to strengthen rainbow communities year-round and help fund these life-changing services.

How Sweat with Pride works

Sign up for 21 mins a day

Take on our 30-day challenge to boost your wellbeing and strengthen rainbow communities, guided by a drag trainer of your choice.

Team up or go solo

It's even more fun with coworkers, friends and family, or your gym crew. Motivate each other and fundraise together.

Raise critical funds

Set a goal, ask your mates to donate to your fundraising page, and earn rewards for your effort. Every dollar raised strengthens rainbow communities.

Get sweaty your way

Walk, wheel, lift, stretch, dance, or swim. Track any type of movement with Strava, climb the leaderboard, and make every minute count.

Why you'll love it

  • Feel good doing it: boost your physical, mental, and social wellbeing.
  • Participate your way: team up at work or with friends, or go solo and set your own pace.
  • Get the support you need: including motivation from our drag queen trainers, fundraising tips, and ready-to-use resources.
  • Earn rewards and recognition: every sweaty minute counts towards leaderboards and exclusive prizes.
  • Make Pride Month count: join a national movement to strengthen rainbow communities.
